Our assessment

You’re looking for a compact mechanical keyboard that offers you maximum flexibility? Then the Keychron K2 Pro is just what you need. This 75% keyboard impresses with its combination of wireless freedom and the ability to use it with a cable. The QMK/VIA programmability is particularly noteworthy, allowing you to completely customize the key mapping to your needs. This lets you optimize your workflows and assign your favorite shortcuts directly to the keyboard.

Before you decide on the Keychron K2 Pro, however, you should keep a few things in mind. Not all variants have hot-swap, which means you can’t simply swap out the switches. Also, make sure you choose a variant with the German ISO layout if that’s your preference. With these details in mind, you’re well-equipped for your purchase.
