2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc.. When you access the site, the host automatically collects technical data in what are known as server log files, transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page (referrer URL). This processing takes place to ensure smooth operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest) and is not combined with other data sources. As Vercel Inc. may also process data outside the EU/EEA (USA), this transfer relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

3. Amazon Associates Program

BNT Onlinestore is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program (Amazon PartnerNet), an affiliate program designed to provide a means for websites to earn advertising fees by placing advertisements and links to amazon.de.

When you click an Amazon link on this site, Amazon sets a cookie that links your browser to our affiliate ID for a limited period. This cookie is only set once you actively click the link, not simply by visiting this page. It is used solely to attribute a purchase made through that link to our affiliate account. 4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (including email address, name, and message content) solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

5. Web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited, without using cookies or other persistent identifiers. Visitors are identified only via a hash derived from the incoming request; this hash is automatically discarded after 24 hours and is not combined across different websites into a profile. We collect aggregated data such as the URL visited, referrer, approximate location (country/region), device type, and browser/OS version — no names, email addresses, or raw IP addresses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in statistically evaluating site usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because no tracking cookie is set and no cross-session recognition takes place, no consent via a consent banner is required for this. The provider is Vercel Inc.
